If conventional financing is more to mean loans from a bank, versus hard money or private, then a lot of banks have lending products that can be used.No new down payment, UNLESS you don't appraise and still choose to take out the new loan. 

We use a global instead of a local scale because we economize the rental based on what the global market is willing to pay, versus what the local pool of renters is.
