Asking to pick someone's brain, to a seasoned investor or wholesaler, sounds like a waste of time because you didn't set it up.Your best set up is to lay out the deal or the specific dilemma so someone can answer that specific thing instead of just having their brain picked.

I hate to say it but after raising English Springer Spaniels (30 Puppies + of em over 5 years) I'd have to agree with the sell and move advice.But to answer specifically:1 - probably is a mill and this is likely NOT against the law2 - the dog gets out and if you get bit you take em to court3 - dogs are noisy. that's just the way it is.
