I strongly recommend you stay conservative so you do not end up losing your shirt.

I would go buy a 1000 business cards and 5 polo shirts with "I Buy Houses" embroidered or silk screened onto the pocket.

Honestly I spend around 300 if not more bucks on envelops and stamps to go with the yellow paper.

And yellow letters now come with choice of envelope color And don't forget envelope art And if using standards stamps consider a cancel on the stamp.
