Morris Invest is 100% a scam and fraud operation and should be avoided at all costs.

I am outraged that Clayton Morris is still advertising his website with Google AdWords and scamming more and more people.

There are also some that are nothing more then a way to scam new investors out of thousands of dollars.

Even if you get a seller on the line with a spam risk call, they are going into the interaction thinking you've set out to scam them and you may have to work harder to build a relationship with them.

Some of the clients I have worked with found the most success here and although you also have options such as a Facebook group, other platforms that are not real estate-focused can raise the risk of scams.

The ones that advertise RTO are pretty much always scams. 

I love all the exaggerating and scamming that is on these boards.
