As an investor and CPA these areas have been were I connect the most.I must say though that I am getting a lot of calls for business entity setups though and will probably be incorporating more of this into my business model.

@Marcus JohnsonI am NOT here to give you a financial plan but I will say that you have a lot to learn.I agree that partnership are NOT the most advantageous form of a business but this principle applies even if we incorporate.

With two or more members, it would be preferable to have an Operating Agreement, to clearly spell out the relationship between or amongst the members.While I don't know of CorporateDirect, it would seem that an attorney providing incorporation services in all 50 states would by neccessity provide only generic, basic documentation, while a local practicing business attorney would be able to provide documentation more specific to your individual case.However, as I stated I am not familiar with this particular legal organization, and if anyone has information contrary to what I stated above, I would be most interested in learning about it.
