High income earner looking to expand portfolio

Hello all - I'm new to this forum. A few basics about me is that I currently work for a nationwide HVAC and plumbing contractor and I know that I do not want to work in corporate America forever. I am a relatively high income earner (over $150k) and I currently own 2 properties here in the central Florida area. I started my real estate journey (not knowing it would be a journey) back in 2018 when I bought my first SFH that I still own. I've always been interested in real estate but over the last couple of years have started to look into how I can leverage real estate to build my wealth empire.

My portfolio is as follows - One is a SFH that cash flows and I live on the 2nd property that has a MIL suite which I currently rent out.

I am looking to expand my portfolio and prefer long term rentals in MFH or SFH. However I am open to short and mid term rentals as well. Im actively looking in the central Florida market and ready to make a move, but the calculations to generate cash flow as we all know can be tough to come by. I am open to investing in other markets but am looking for some direction. Any direction or connections here would be appreciated.

Thank you!
