This is a neighborhood going through a radical transformation, land prices are already almost 3 times what they were two years ago--that nearby property sold for $212,000 in Jan 2014 and closed at $599,000 last month--that seller was happy--works for Fundrise.So i appreciate the observations of folks holding out too long, but I don't think we are there yet.thanksj
