There is already enough fraud in that market and I don't want to encourage people to do even more of it just because I want to collect an extra 25/month.

Hi Courtney,I'd first say that to give/get an answer here of "what to do" would go against my belief of how we learn, "we fall to learn to pick ourselves up" Falling doesn't feel good but its not supposed to...it encourages a better outcome the next time around.

I would look into government grants/programs that encourage such development and help with the financial parts of it.

However, I would highly encourage you look at the Janesville and Beloit markets here in Wisconsin.

Such details can encourage more guests to book your place.

This combined with a very proactive Mayor who seeks initiatives that encourage economic growth have really become attractive to those investing in Pittsburgh.
