I am mostly looking at the providers that charge a monthly fee (ie subscription basis), but you can pull lists in an assortment of ways from various TYPES of categories such as 'Bankruptcy/NOD and PreForeclosure/Absentee Owner/Tax Delinquent/Probate and more.

These loans don’t have a lot of underwriting as well so there is no need to worry about bankruptcies, foreclosures, collections, etc.

I asked them about going though Bankruptcy, Divorce & Probate attorneys i tried this once and all shot me down they spoke about about client & attorney priveledge info and they couldnt tell about their clients situation on their assest , I wanted to know if any has a sucess from calling these types of lawyers and what i can do to get them to call me.
