The building inspector wanted an architect to draw the layout of the apartment, showing window sizes and exits and then I would apply for the CO and pay the applicable fees.

He is an architect, and I have a construction background, so I personally learn tons from him and his comments are always so relevant and interesting.I will click on forum discussions if I see his name, because I always can trust that he offers value in his posts (even if the topic is not exactly pertinent to me).

Why not just have the architect survey the entire job instead of paying a 3rd Party Software company to do it?
