It’s a tough market for that especially in western Washington!

We are looking primarily in the west and southwest suburbs of Chicago (Downers Grove, La Grange, Western Springs areas). 

I have buddies getting houses in western PA for as little as $500. each from the repository sales.Paul

I would like to be apart of this thread because I, too, am going toward Tacoma/pierce/western Washington midsized Multi-Family in the nest 12 to 18 months so Im gonna leave this comment to make myself apart!

I spend my year in a few climbing areas. the forests of Eastern Kentucky, the Western Slope of Colorado. and the desert of Western Texas.

Actually, in the western suburbs at least, I noticed that houses sell quicker due to the low inventory.

You may want to consider Grand Rapids or the entire western shoreline between St.

However, you can say i'm used to paying a lot of money for education because i've completed 2 Bachelor's degrees - One from University of Western Ontario (my home town) and the other from University of Cincinnati, to which I paid out of state the entire time I was there.
