You can use the techniques I used when selling a million dollar home to sell that house really quickly.

Everybody have their own  strategies  and techniques but one Shouldn't Judge another person or assumed  another person strategy isn't  sufficient. 

Does anyone have experience/thoughts on good lists, marketing companies, or marketing techniques to use?

I am interested in investing in multi-family rental properties in the DMV area using the buy and hold technique. 

In stocks/businesses , the most common multiple valuation technique is Price/Earnings.

Just trying to learn more about where RE agents fall in my lead generation techniques.

Basically these tools are used to push leads to the top of your sales funnel then you will be nurturing these leads at each step of the sales process once you have their information through (email marketing, text or other mediums)But basically we are educating our target market on our service and putting quality content in front of them and allowing them to make their own decision, rather than pushing sales sales sales or sell their house now on them through direct mail, bandit signs, or other outbound techniques. 

Just tell them how "easy" it for you to run a large hotel and you will have all the money you'll ever need.BTW that's a clever strategy to ask for help on a forum and then insult the people who respond.You should definitely use that technique and insult your bankers and call them "stupid" or "retard" if they pose a difficult question.

I use the spray bottle technique on my own cats to teach them to stay inside because there are coyotes where I live and them getting out could mean they die.  

That may be a valid technique, but it's not one any REALTOR wants to be involved in.
