I haven't looked it up yet but given that the rents are So far below market, I'm expecting the descendants who now hold the title have enjoyed the income while being hands off the management and financials. 

Brandon:To obtain police calls/runs, and type of calls, (i.e. domestic violence, car jackings) to your specific complex just call the precinct that the building is located in and they can either fax or email them to you. 

The bill is being sold to legislators by its sponsors as a protection for tenants to call the police but in its current form potentially causes more problems for landlords. 

Neighbors had called the police  - but they refused to respond.  

Did you go and talk to witness and take notes, and what kind of report did the police make and who cause the problems and who did the shooting and if your tenant did the shooting, and it was inside of the unit have the police put a red sticker on the door?

As a full time police officer, the business aspect must be protected from the nuances of my profession.

@Dooreuhn Cee I totally agree with you, I have worked security in College communities, and they trash everything, and police are always visiting the properties.

Also, try calling the police as a concerned citizen about broken equipment stored outside.
