I mean, I suppose the best way to leverage this opportunity for everyone else is to buy a place & put traveling nurses (from the University hospital) in there for 9 months/yr.

You need to think outside the box, finding a place and renting by the room can be very cash flow positive, traveling nurses, corporate housing and much more.

or that the folks living in these homes are doctors and nurses.. single nurse maybe Doctor no way.. and on and on .. his description is all a big fantasy in his mind that he then spun very smoothly to a very trusting public and now u have multiple lawsuits class action brewing and AG investigating hard.

I am currently renting out my basement to short term tenants mostly travel nurses.

Rent will be $1200.Applicant 1:  28 year old male, works as foreman at sandblasting company, earns $6000/mo, doesn't have much credit, credit score is 530-ish.  23 year old female, stay at home mom to their 2 year old daughter, female will start nursing school soon, she says, she has no credit history.
