The washer and dryer are in the garage. 

Cleaner and additional turnover supplies (if you do not have a washer in unit)C.

Like washers and dryers are generally not important.

The whiteboards/support next to my washer and dryer were supposed to extend to the edge of the appliances, also there was supposed to be a solid piece of granite laid overtop (he mismeasured and wanted me to buy a new piece to replace the small one he bought that stopped where the whiteboards stopped) which could not be supported by those 1/4 inch whiteboards.

I believe there is more room on the property to add washer/dryer facilities and/or small playground.

Maybe they have a washer/dryer, dishwasher, and central A/C so you have to charge them more.

For example:Tile for the entire 1200sf should be no more than $3000-4000 depending on the tile selected$6500 to move the washer/dryer connections- could probably replumb the house for that$7800 to remove popcorn ?

The elbow doesn't have a washer or the ability to add a washer.

-All new appliances + washer/ dryer, hot water heater, 3 stage water filtration process.- Custom Island- Granite countertop and new sink.- Custom trim and crown molding in kitchen and custom shiplap back splash.- Whole house installed recessed lights- around 30- All doors inside are new.- Guest bath- new vanity, mirror, toilet, tile floor, cast iron tub, tile surrounding tub with niche.- Master bath- new vanity (w/ toe kick light), mirror, toilet, tile floor, tile shower w/ custom glass insert and two shower heads with diverter and two niches.
