@Sid Leibowitz,Actually, modular home builders DO ensure that the product they ship to the site is entirely compliant with all the local codes.Be sure to avoid confusing "manufactured" homes (mobile homes, RVs, etc.) with modular housing which is stick-built in a factory in sections and the sections shipped on flat bed trailers to the home site.

@Anthony Barber I would avoid the San Antonio REIA's and the ones where you have to pay to go or buy a "membership" they are always trying to sell some boot camp or mentor-ship program.
