When tenants cross the line and use the "m" word, you send a notice that they move out effective immediately no harm no foul to protect themselves.  

What harm are the shelves doing.

The realtor is responsible for letting people in an making sure they don't do harm while there.

People who have this addiction are more likely to gravitate toward other addictive substances too, like drugs and alcohol.

It is not about whether a specific dog WILL harm someone or cause damage, it is whether the animal CAN harm or cause damage.

Since you were able to replace them before you lost any rent, I'd put this one in the no harm no foul category and return their deposit. 

My suggestion is to look carefully at anything that could cause harm in a furnished apartment.  

She is saying that she's had cancer (melanoma) and that the sunlight can be harmful.

Also, I know you already told them NO, but for future knowledge, never agree to any remodeling while a tenant is in a unit.....the potential of harm and lawsuits is not worth it.
