Adjacent on more than one side are extra platted lots making for an enormous yard far away from their house.  

They can uber from airport, then use my car.

The mostly common re-occurring theme that I am finding is their proximity to a sports stadium, events center, or airport.  

I'm tehre if your buying, cause I have taxes to pay too.The Burbank In & Out is right off the 5 freeway just minutes from the airport.

I am sitting in Seattle airport after a 37 night Cruise.

It may require 3 or 4 adjacent and abutting lots to build a home.Now, these lots are functionally obsolete.

I had airport cars in Portland for years.. and those were used cars.. 3rd cars that were sport cars for occasional use that sort of thing..  

Also, there is an airport here, so that helps if people come in by flight.

Infrastructures like highways , relocation of airport and many other can help investor with low budget to create high value longtermly and at the same moment make a good income short termly.The buying process would take for sure more than a month because seller should prepare all the papers , for the buyer there is not much burocracy.
