@Wendy CarpenterIn terms of integrating together it works better but I have no problemusing them together kind of like how Easy Storage Solutions prefers StorSmart tenant insurance so if you don't go with them its a little more work as you have to do it manually.

I've called a few agents, and my current agents, however, they just don't represent all of the available choices, and there are companies that sell direct, like Geico.Currently have American Integrity for most of my properties.

Also we prefer to have this under our control rather than leaving it up to Airbnb's aircover.We use OwnerRez which has integrations to payment processors, VRBO and Airbnb that allows us to charge the security hold. 

Now here's the gray part that you have to exercise prudence and integrity with.  

It integrates directly into Gmail and allows you to track clients via 'buckets'.

The high price tag wouldn't bother me if it came with equally high integrity, transparency and results.
