Yes have the electrician connect it to one switch that turns on the lighting and the fan to the bathrooom.

You need an electrician and permits and inspections to get it turned back on.

mine is about 1 hour away, but there pretty much turn key.I had a water heater go out a few month age and I never went go to the property.I just called Home Depot  and they came out and installed a new one the next day.Have a reliable plumber and electrician selected  that can respond and don't worry about it.

And I thought the $200 dollar an hour electricians here were bad

Just an old fart home improvement contractor with a currently lapsed registration, a middle-aged dude running rentals in Steel City and the immediate environs.I could NOT outwork everyone on a job site, most especially my plumber/HVAC guy and electrician.

If you are brave enough to GC it yourself, then a MINIMUM of THREE plumbers, THREE electricians, THREE....well, you get the idea.
