I love old houses but I am being careful because I know these big old beautiful homes can come with big hidden problems :)This venture will be fulfilling a lifelong passion for many things all rolled into one.

Joe,Attorneys ask for my input on the subject of Dodd-Frank and notes.I absolutely agree that people need to get advice on this matter before they venture into any financing transaction from an attorney.

@Joe Facenda I am currently working with an agent Who does not seem to take the shotgun approach.But from what I have experienced, you are correct.Would you have any advice for me as I am just starting out on this venture?

Heaps of venture capital have been raised to try to make it profitable and the broker-dealers have shunned the smaller projects for a long time because the real costs of soliciting and serving investors is quite high. 

This has been the most profitable venture of my 20+ year investment career.
