@Carson Kesner I had this happened to me couple of time, one guy came with an ATM slip showing $30k balance, but when I spoke with him and was giving him the tour of the house, he kept on lying about everything like No pets, I hate pets, oh no we don’t smoke etc. then I walked them to their car that was parked one house down and guess what?

First everyone looking at a house has a smart phone and they will be able to get the "full tour" before even calling you for more information (which will also weed out all the lookers).
