@Peter T.Yeah, I notice  (esp with the newbies) that it's always 'oh my realtor is so horrible' or 'my contractor is taking to long' or 'my PM is ripping me off 'When pressed for proof, it rarely, if ever materializes.Usually college kids with some book-smarts but zero common sense or real-world experience....jeeeez....

If you have the ability to continue storing cash at that rate from your current profession, it may be wise to wait for a shift and full-court press at that point in time (but who's to say exactly when that will be).
