So there is no record of a judgement.

According to the lien document it liens all property in the county where the lien is recorded but it does expire unless the IRS records a new lien within a certain period of time. yes that is true as well along with judgements etc.. 

With other types of unsecured judgement liens, such as credit card debt, you need a judicial process such as a sheriff's sale to foreclose.

I was in town for that court date and it was simple - it lasted about 5 minutes and I got my judgement. 

They are going to end up one of the largest, if not the largest non REIT in the industry in the next 10 years if I am right in my judgement. 

I get bored and confused going through so many pics and it allows for far more judgement.

I guess I'll reserve judgement until the next revision since it is a work in progress.For the inputs I am thinking that we may want to create a separate tab that gives a synopsis for each input and how changing it impacts the model in general.

Would you know of a reputable online service that provides all the info a wholesaler would need such as the liens, judgements and all the property info and anything else that is necessary to properly evaluate a property?
