@Daniel Dem nobody can say with any intelligence because you didn't give us any details on Scope Of Work, so it could be cheap, dirt cheap, right on, over priced or wildly over-priced, only the details on SOW is going to lend insight. 

My former primary residence is now a rental and has appreciated wildly (Thank you silicon valley real estate prices). 

I'm licensed & active in TX & AR, Real Estate varies wildly from state to state.The problem could be on your end or on the end of your Realtor.
