We have strict screening policies as well as noise alert devices, which notify of us if noise goes above a certain decibel level for over 3 minutes.Are you paying the utilities or are the tenants?

I think its been such an old built in/ beaten in / grind into a lot us from the old days when everyone was on a 1st of the month payment. 

Wholesaling is a grind business and you must devote the time to 1. understanding the market 2. lead generation 3. underwriting 4. team building.   

It's more of a slow grind.

They were even OK with the 2 flats hearing some noise between them.

Will the added units make the building call for fire escapes, and fire suppression equipment, or ADA upgrades, or an elevator, or upgrade the whole place to 2023 Electrical code or etc...Is there enough electrical amperage at the service entrance for the added units or will you need another drop or a transformer or something like that.Will construction noise drive other renters to not renew (???)

I brought the doors home and did the boards so I wouldn't make noise and a mess in the apartment.
