However, this difference in rents doesn't factor in that two-story homes on average tend to be larger than one-story homes.My data source isn't super precise showing rent-to-sqft ratios, only rounding to whole dollars.

All said and done it cost me an additional $2300 in fees for the HML that went past its maturity date plus the appraisal, all this could have been avoided if they told me they had an issue with my credit score from the beginning.

Landlords must educate themselves on what a good property manager looks like, screen until they find a good one, then supervise that property manager to keep them on task.Far too many Landlords go for the first one on a Google search, the one with the lowest advertised fees, the flashy website, or some other superficial qualifier.
