Otherwise if you pitch it to be parallel with the other section, any rain that falls on that (right) side will run towards the main part of the house and that could encourage eventual bad leaks, mold etc..

I would memorize these procedures (and we were encouraged to do so) but instructors were always adamant about doing them “by paper” and not “by rote” no matter how basic the procedural steps were…they want to see students going through the list on the paper and talking it out with the copilot.

One thing I want to add is that towards the end of an auction, I think if either the bid price is near the reserve OR the bid price already met the reserve, Auction.com will decrease the increment amount to encourage more bidding.
