In some places you are permitted to install GFCI outlets to provide a work around for not pulling grounded wiring to all receptacles (consult an electrician in the area to see if this is permitted).

Had the electrician come out multiple times and he had told her that she was the problem and not the house (Which she didn’t like), and many others from “health code violations for one of the two bathrooms having to get the plumbing redone and it was an inconvenience to her”.
