In Cook County, there are basically no evictions once winter sets in.To us, much better to have the certainty of a solid win and pass on the upside potential to the next guy....

Cooking meth in the basement?

The next information is extra and I don't know if I should add but, methamphetamine was cooked in this home and a person died on the property as well, so there is the possibility of drug residue inside the home.

Both Airbnb's and hotels have their places in the market, though I do agree that I've seen more people shift their travel towards Airbnb as bigger groups can often make travel much cheaper by renting bigger houses while having separate bedrooms, being able to cook is often a huge plus as well. 

This year, Cook County is holding 3, yes 3, tax sales.  

Keep you motivated and there is typically a nugget or two that you'll get from each one.The one piece of advice I'd offer is that, if possible, I would suggest not investing in Cook County.
