I'm truly amazed at how different the Miami market is with so many South American investors involved in the market and then you have Hollywood with the Canadian investors,it certainly is an interesting marketplace.

I'm a Canadian with US citizenship who plays poker professionally.

Being in Canada, I find the Canadian market way overpriced compared to the American market for what you can get out for the money.

You should do another deal if the refi and the additional property improves the cash flow globally.     

I’m trying to figure out why housing prices took off over the past 2 years, all sources point to the pandemic, but I can’t find an exact answer as to how the global transmission of a virus increased demand or reduced suppLy.
