@Wilson Feliciano It might be helpful to talk to a local insurance agent who can advise you regarding the specific flood zone level, recent history, and even give you a potential trial rate quote.

I have been trying to verify this or see if there is some variation - so far I have not been able to find any information to confirm or deny (although the lack of information I have been able to find may be my confirmation that it does not exist). 

I've worked with a few evictions and only once had to go to trial this year.
