We have a few rentals in our neighborhood and you would not know it to drive down the street.However, there is one rental that has an extra lot with it and the tenants (I assume) have put up some sort of hillbilly fence.....not chain link or wood, but tall metal posts and wire that look like something you would use out on the farm if you perhaps had cattle.

Look for really tall grass, a lockbox on the door but no realtor sign in the yard, mail piling up at the mailbox, piles of newspapers, no blinds or curtains, etc.

Hi,I have a house in CA had been break-in twice in past 1.5 years, since the bushes in the front of the house was tall, CA let many prisoners/drug addicts out on the street due to over crowed jail, the city do not have enough polices.Just one month after my new tenants moved in, the house was break-in again, though the bushes are cut down, I pay some costs for the new tenant to set up camera, signs etc, now they said that I dis not disclosed past break-in to them, and they demand me to pay for ADT, Comcast service, which can be expensive and need long term contract.My questions are:1.

The gas range is butted against the wall and creating a burn mark on the wall.Patio awning needs to be replaced.New exterior doors.New garage door.Some concrete/brick work around the front steps and in the driveway.Replace glass in window on enclosed porch.The owner does not currently have a mortgage and is looking to relocate to California in a couple of weeks.
