Building code violation attorney recs, prefer spanish speaking

My parents built a garage without a permit and got a citation for it. Looks like the garage is too tall and needs to be 2-hour fire rated since it's so large. Looking for a building code violation attorney, prefer Spanish speaking but open to others!
