Wholesalers can try to justify it however they want in their own minds (or on this thread) but that isn't the same as acting with full honesty, openness and integrity.

Review your advertising, make sure what is literally said is true, not some bit of semantics with wiggle room with your far fetched justifications as that is not how Truth in Advertising is viewed.

Although to be perfectly honest I listened to Mikes podcast and my impression is a true pro at this.if there was someone I wanted to learn the wholesale game it would be Mike. 

@Chris Bounds This will probably drive you nuts (semantically) however, a believe you are confusing the terms 'leads' and 'prospects'. 

Absolutely.I have learned over the 30 years of being an investor that honesty, forwardness  and frankness serve our industry well. 

In all honesty, knowing how to hire good people is part of running a business and a skill that is definitely learned through experience.

. :) That was great advice and I had debated making the letter shorter….or even longer and sending along a summarized version of my investing resume (which is short, honesty) along with the terms I am proposing and how their money would be protected (first position, reasonable ltv, insurance, automatic monthly payments deducted directly from my checking account, pre-signed deed in escrow so foreclosure proceedings could be avoided in the event of default, etc.).
