Sadly being in king county please expect to lose another year removing this person even if you start the eviction process immediately and it goes "perfectly".   

Sadly if you are only doing 50 a week that is really limited your chances of finding a deal.

It should be about how you deal with the issues and the sad part is my negative review and word of mouth could have been avoided if they just resolved the issues promptly or at all. 

Well I would like working with them to get off market deals but sadly most want to market their piece of junk house for three times what it’s actually worth .

Most tax sale property is in very sad & bad shape.Give you another story.

If you think they'll tell you about their baggage and be honest, you'll be sadly mistaken a few days before closing.

It was sad for me quitting after almost 6 years at a company, but a few minutes after I told my boss my Director ran over to hug me and congratulate me on going out on my own and finding my passion.
