Those systems need flexibility as they expand and contract with temperature changes, and you will have problems with the field seams if there is something that restricts movement - like base cabinets on top of them.

Stick to 2700 K or 3000 K color temperature and you should be fine.It's been my experience that return on investment in water efficiency typically exceeds initial ROI on a good piece of real estate.

I am able to see major issues, but I don't take temperature of the cool air coming off the vent, I don't flush every toilet or turn on every faucet, nor do I actually run the dishwasher, or dryer etc...my inspection is visual.
