@Bryan Hancock Now if it's income taxes on a 'substantial income' that you are attempting to avoid/defer by incorporating the high 401(k) contribution strategy, you may want to consider putting a large portion of your 'income' into a deferred-compensation plan. https://www.fidelity.com/viewpoints/retirement/nqd...I love these strategies .....Good luck

My recommendation would be to make sure you incorporate an "attorneys fees" provision into your future leases, which allow you to pass the costs onto the tenant.
