What type of counter tops?

We renovated the heck out of it-brand new carpet, new porcelain tile and laminate flooring downstairs, epoxied the garage floor, new countertops, sink, pull down faucet, glass backsplash, new paint entire house, all new baseboards, added crown molding, and artificial turf and hard scaping front and back yard.

I upgraded all appliances, countertops, and new paint, and refinished the originally hard wood floors.

We will then address the interior by updating the kitchen with new appliances, cabinets, and countertops where needed; updating the bathroom with new vanities and showers where needed; and the bedrooms and common areas with updated flooring or carpets and paint.

He also had been able to help me minimize costs by doing things like refinishing counter tops or painting a refrigerator and buying scratch and dent appliances.

Now, as for the gut job, that is market specific but in my area cosmetic touch up jobs are about $10-20 per foot depending on finishes really, like if someone wants granite vs laminate countertops.
