I hope I'm wrong on that, but if I'm right the upside is you will learn a lot ... if you learn how to manage such properties well you'll make a bloody fortune and if you don't and apply the lessons learned to a different property then you will still do well.

BUT, Lampasas could be a good place for people looking to commute to jobs in Cedar Park or Leander.Belton has the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor which I think is great for the city, and Temple is home to Scott & White as well as McClane's.
