203k Contractor and Lender Recommendations in Philly

Hi BPers,

First, thanks to everyone out there that has helped answer questions and support this great community. It has been extremely helpful to me as I take my first steps in real estate investing.

I was wondering if anyone in Philly has used a FHA 203k loan and could recommend 203k lenders and contractors in the area.
