Hi @Bekzat BaylarbekovRegarding costs, i would estimate ~10K to fully furnish and stock a two bed one bath home for Airbnb.

Phase one is get things updated enough to open (new beds, paint, flooring, etc.) then Phase two happens in the off season and in smaller chunks of rooms at a time to get it to where I would like it to be long term.

That would mean you could get $3,000/mo for a 3 bed.

I live in the Denver area and am looking at purchasing a small 1 bed 1 bath condo in Breckenridge to use a few times a year and rent out on Air bnb/VRBO the rest of the year.

We've been trying to fine tune the rates as well as getting the owners to invest into more amenities to make their homes more competitive/desirable.We own (3) 2 bed 1 bath apartments around 700 sq ft that perform way better. 75-90% occupancy.

Have a friend on the North side of the city renting a 2-3 year old 3 bed 2 bath for $3K a month.

A motel room with 2 beds is $400/week. 

A lot of 3 bed 2-3 baths for sell.

If you are going for an upscale/luxury feeling for large families (multiple parents), expect to spend a lot more $30-$50k depending on sqft, outdoor space, hut tub/pool, & bedrooms (3x king beds).

Know what you are willing to "let go" of and I say that because one of my owners ended up selling because she really had a hard time letting go of the fact that guests/strangers were sleeping/having sex in the beds.
