Background info:  There are communities where row homes are the norm, eg: Boston's lucrative Back Bay, lots of them in San Fran, Brooklyn NY.In the suburbs, we expect SFRs with yards, but there are those than would just as soon not go there.The issue is not the property per se, but the expectations of the local market.

In NJ, properties NOT in an LLC can have evictions done "pro se" ("by you, not an attorney, thereby saving you about $400 here in Southern New Jersey" ".Over the past twelve years of doing this, we have our go-to contractors, and keep it updated after old ones no longer give us great service & pricing.

Morning Chris and all,In my opinion (as I don't have any experience per se in staging for flips), is that if you knew that the actual buyer of your home would pay top dollar preferred a blank slate, that's what you'd do.
