just out of curiosity what do you think is going to cause a CRASH .. markets ebb and flow they have ebbed up the last 8 years.. they will level off.. but why a crash.. why do you think there is going to be a crash.. just because someone is talking about it.. is there something specific that you think will cause a meltdown and values to come crashing down. ??

Jason,,,   out of sheer curiosity and try to put this is it legal and not legal to rest or do you need a real estate license or don't you.one one of your posts on marketplace you describe the home etc. and at the bottom you have a disclosure that you are a principal in the transaction and you have an assignable contract.. so obviously you don't own the asset..
