@Earl Crawford Jr the western suburbs of Chicago are very single family and town house heavy when it comes to inventory if you are looking in towns you mentioned like Romeoville, Bollingbrook or Naperville.

Its in South western rural VA. it's 1500 square feet and sits on half an acre.
