It can even be converted to a one bedroom AirBNB by removing window near bathroom in master suite and replacing it with entry door, deleting internal master suite door to living room, that's another conversation tho :) I was able to rent to our targeted tenant pool of healthcare workers, two nurses will be roommates.I have a few pictures from an iPhone, not best quality.

I actually have a furnished rental for sale that would be a good Airbnb or mid term/nurse rental.

In my 30's, I was an infantry medic, a flight paramedic, an ER nurse, and now a Trauma Surgery ICU RN at 40. 

There are very few rentals for professionals - nurses, teachers, preachers, etc. and that is our focus.

FF is gear toward traveling medical professionals, and many nurses use it, so you can expect 13 week contracts typically. 

Was there a bar where a lot of the nurses went after their shift?

My day job is that of a nurse at the local hospital, I asked around to find translation services through the hospital and paid an interpreter the $50 per hour to help us through this process.
