Background info: There are communities where row homes are the norm, eg: Boston's lucrative Back Bay, lots of them in San Fran, Brooklyn NY.In the suburbs, we expect SFRs with yards, but there are those than would just as soon not go there.The issue is not the property per se, but the expectations of the local market.

But back to your point how is teaming up to get a higher purse per se to generate 'more funds to bid the price higher' anywhere near the act of collusion/conspiracy listed by the DOJ to keep bids low & thus cheat the respective financial institutions/home owners from higher bid prices???????
