The "bathroom bill" that got a lot of press but went nowhere in the Texas legislature will not help.On the other hand, in Texas the incentives will be in the Billions of dollars. 

I learned everything I needed to know in the Nolo Press book for California landlords.I can see you are passionate about the subject, but because I disagree with you, that does not make my advice "bad," and yours "good."  

Its the third largest city in PA, but doesn't get a lot of press.

Hint: (more professional style of dressing).Something as simple as a solid color golf shirt with your company logo and a pair of well pressed tan pants might go along way--because first impressions count.Nothing wrong with what you have on in the picture, (for a backyard BBQ or etc...), but it is possible if you're trying to do money business, a little more professionalism might help.Then again maybe not, because you still have to find and get to know people you can partner with.Good Luck!

I think you'd be hard pressed to find anyone with any experience at all, who would tell you it's okay to go without!

With most cities being more hostile than welcoming to STR I would be hard pressed to bet on an area with that kind of uncertainty for two reasons.

I have all of this in email.Unfortunately a year ago my current lawyer was referred to me by the sellers agent so I am reluctant to use this lawyer if I seek to use legal counsel to press further charges.

At 10% that would mean an extra $115 per month in costs.I think the house which is 5 years old would be hard-pressed to compete with larger and newer houses.
