"Dumb question" about my Direct Mail Campaign
16 September 2020 | 64 replies
That's one reason I'm not a huge fan of letters with no branding or identity.(2) This point builds on #1 in that often newer investors seem unaware that their competitors are pounding the same lists, and also seem surprised when they send out their first two mailings with lackluster results.

Yellow Letter Or Postcard?

Switching Up Yellow Letter Message Between Mailings

I can see how if someone really needed to sell their house (which is the only way a sale will happen) then it shouldn't matter what my letter says... the seller would just look for the number and call.I just wanted to change it up since it seems like when I'm re-mailing the same letter to propects it looks less genuine due to the identical wording used... might make some people feel its "less authentic" and motivate them to call and ask to be taken off the list.
