Yes I have been looking over the BP site and it seems like a lot of people encourage new comers to continue to familiarize themselves with the site content, which has been huge for changing my mind set and opening up creativity.

I would encourage you, if you haven't already, attend one or two meetings, and decide for yourself about the REIA group.

I'd encourage you to reach out to more experienced investors in your area!

Taking all that great info, then going to a discount brokerage, isn't exactly behavior that encourages agents to be helpful, big picture. 

If they are not good tenants I would encourage them out of the lease.

Sure, there have been plenty of people that have achieved similar success but as a new investor I find these posts motivating as well as encouraging to read!
